 1. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at 636-293-8764. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Refunds may not include shipping costs, and custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.    A restocking fee may apply.  

2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard shipping takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location.  Custom structures shipping will be 10-12 weeks.  

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally (some restrictions may apply). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, contact us at Ron@custompropmo.com / 636-293-8764 with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 636-293-8764. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
